CHAI CHERRY STEAK SAUCE

Fruits of Sherbrooke Chai Cherry Jelly    1 cup

Ketchup                                                               1/3 cup

Shallot, finely chopped                                1

Worcestershire sauce                                    1 Tablespoon

Dry mustard                                                       1 Tablespoon

Butter                                                                   1 Tablespoon

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients – except the butter – in a small pot and bring to a boil.  Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes. 

Turn off heat and stir in butter and serve over top steak or any grilled meat.
