We have created 6 wonderful minis (45 ml each) that are a perfect addition to a cheese tray or to your table for appetizers or those wonderful big-flavour sandwiches. Each condiment has layers of flavour that will add wonderful dimension to even strong cheeses.
Our Royal Raspberry is made with local raspberries and fresh local thyme and it compliments blue cheese as well as traditional soft cheeses.
Balsamic Strawberry and Blueberry is made with local wild blueberries and has the added tang of Balsamic vinegar to give it a strength to match with cheeses as well as cold meats.
Pear and Black Pepper has local pear, dried cranberry, mustard and lots of freshly ground Indian black pepper.
Peach, Peppers and Port combines rescued BC peaches with red peppers and Port wine.
Cherry, Chocolate and Chilli is just what it says - local sour cherries, dark creme de cacao and hot chili peppers.
