Saskatoons, strawberries and Balsamic vinegar. 65% of the fruit used is locally rescued. (125 ml and 250 ml).  This condiment is full of deep flavours - the Balsamic, the local saskatoon berries and balanced with strawberries.

USES:  This condiment is made for baked Brie as it is thick with berries and deep flavours.  It goes on a cheese tray and is also a good side for wild meats, beef and poultry.  Consider melting it gently then pouring over hot sliced meat just before serving.  It can warmed again (with a touch of whiskey or bourbon and used as a dipping sauce for appetizers.  Or be daring and use it with a plain cheesecake for a savoury twist.  

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
