Rhubarb and blueberries. 70% of the fruit used in this product is locally 'rescued' fruit.  This product is offered in a 250 ml jar.  The 40 ml jar is part of a sampler gift box of jams.

USES:  This is a breakfast favourite and can be used to glaze cheesecakes, fill thumbprint cookies and make great jam sandwiches.  

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
