Made with pear juice and ginger root.  100% of the fruit used in this jelly is locally 'rescued' urban fruit.  This product is sold in a 250 ml jar.  The 40 ml jar is part of a gift pack of jams.

USES:  Lovely flavourful jelly that is good with breakfast items as well as a glaze for baking anything with pears.  It adds a punch of flavour as a filling for thumbprint cookies and it's lovely colour is like a gem.  

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
