Made with apples & local saskatoons with a spike of ginger root to pull the flavours together.   100% of the fruit used in this product is locally 'rescued' fruit. A wonderful combination that celebrates the bounty of our part of the country.   This product is sold in a 250 ml jar.  The 40 ml jar is part of a gift pack.

Uses:  Good with all breakfast items.  You could also add grated fresh apples to it and maybe some brandy, to make a lovely filling for tiny tarts.  It would also top a cheesecake, ice cream or mix into yogurt.    

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
