This is made with local rhubarb that is jazzed up with smoothness of mango and the zest of oranges.  It makes a tropical flavoured jam.  75% of the fruit used is locally 'rescued' urban fruit.  The jam is sold in a 250 ml jar.

USES:  Breakfast items, filling for cakes and cookies and perfect for a jam sandwich.  

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% 'rescued' fruit and many have close too 100%.  We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we have made from our local fruits.
