This condiment is made with our local pears with the addition some cranberries, black pepper, vinegar and spices.  98% of the fruit used in this product is locally 'rescued' urban fruit.   It is sold in a 125 ml jar.

USES:  This is a light flavoured condiment that is great with strong cheeses and with pork and wild meats.  It can be used on a cheese tray and on baked Brie.  

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% 'rescued' fruit and many have close too 100%.  We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we have made from our local fruits.
