60% of the fruit used is locally rescued rhubarb.  The strawberries are purchased.  This is a great jam for children as it is a lovely combination of two favourites - apples and strawberries.  The flavour is sweet and gentle and it has a lovely texture.  It is sold in 250 ml jar.  The 40 ml jar is part of a gift box of our jams.

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
