Clearly a beautiful jelly made with 100% rescued fruit - and even the tarragon is locally donated.  Sold in 250 ml jars. 

This jelly happened when our cook was making crabapple jelly and a neighbour walked into the kitchen with an armful of tarragon with the query - "Could you use this?"  So a branch was popped into the jelly and a most wonderful jelly was created.  Tarragon has a mild licorice flavour that makes this jelly work both as a breakfast item or a condiment with pork and chicken and as a glaze for most meats.   It has a long list of loyal fans.

All of our products contain a minimum of 60% ‘rescued’ fruit and many have 100% rescued fruit. We do not use artificial flavours or colouring and when additional liquid is needed, we use fruit juice we make from our local fruits.
